The Memory Care neighborhood is all-inclusive, meaning all therapies, life-enhancing programming, and 24-hour care is included in your monthly rental fee. Residents of our Memory Care neighborhood receive 24-hour care and support. The Memory Care staff at Heritage Pointe is expertly trained in memory impairment programming to provide exceptional care — and provide you with peace of mind.
Our staff provides a personalized care plan, a nutritious diet, socialization, and state of the art research-based therapies that enhance wellbeing.
We treat all residents with dignity and respect – we know that with support, memory-impaired residents can live active and full lives. We honor our residents with daily activities and scheduled outings, many of which customized to unique passions and interests.
Memory care is all-inclusive, so you don’t need to worry about expensive buy-ins or surprise fees. All your therapies, programming, and 24-hour care is included with your monthly rental fee.

Designed with compassion, our Ruth Feuerstein Memory Care neighborhood features spacious shared suites with private bedrooms, large bathrooms, and walk-in showers.
With a great view of our vibrant Memory Care courtyard, our suites provide comfort and security to residents with early- to late-stage Alzheimer’s and dementia.
All-inclusive rentals for one resident start at $10,630 a month.
