RABBI'S DISCRETIONARY FUND
Your gift to the Rabbi’s Discretionary Fund is used for Jewish and humanitarian charitable, religious, educational, health and other Resident needs, as well as to support programming at the Rabbi’s discretion.
The Barbara and Victor Klein Scholarship Fund
This fund provides support to indigent Residents residing at Heritage Pointe and receiving scholarship support.
The Campus Security Fund
THE DR. HERB AND LORETTA MODELEVSKY ZEST FOR LEARNING FUND
Supports educational programs that build bridges between the Residents, their family members, and the next generation of Heritage Pointe supporters.
THE ELAINE AND IRV WEINSTEIN FUND
Supports Jewish cultural arts and entertainment for the Residents, along with their families and friends of Heritage Pointe.
The Employee Appreciation Fund
Donations go directly to Heritage Pointe staff at the end of the calendar year for their care and devotion to our Residents. This donation is non-tax deductible as it goes directly to the employees.
THE ERIC AND EDITH KIEWE FUND
Provides financial support for religious programming provided by Heritage Pointe to the Residents and to the Greater Orange County Jewish community.
THE FLORENCE FAINBARG FUND
Supports Resident field trips.
THE GLORIA AND TED FIELD FUND
Supports ongoing training programs for all staff in dementia care at Heritage Pointe.
THE HERITAGE FUND
All gifts and contributions to the Heritage Fund are to be distributed to reimburse Heritage Pointe’s operations for subsidy (scholarship support) to Residents in need.
THE HERITAGE POINTE ENDOWMENT FUND
Annual interest income is used to offset operational expenses and facility and maintenance repairs.
THE HERITAGE POINTE INVESTMENT FUND
The Jewish Community Foundation Orange County allocates monthly investment income from this fund based upon the earnings rate for the month of the Community Foundation’s investments.
The Heritage Pointe Staff Education & Training Endowment Fund
To provide opportunities for the staff to attend conferences, earn license-related credentials relevant for employees working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, (RFCE), and remain current on all training and regulatory changes affecting Heritage Pointe.
THE LEO PINSKY DIAMOND DONOR FUND
A one-time donation to endow one’s Diamond in the amount of $25,000 is deposited into this fund. The annual interest income of 5% will be disbursed by the Jewish Community Foundation Orange County to Heritage Pointe’s operations to support Resident subsidy.
THE PENNY W. AND ISIDORE C. MYERS GRANDPARENTS DAY FUND
Supports the annual Grandparents Day celebration for Residents, along with their families and friends of Heritage Pointe.
THE SURIE FAMILY MUSIC FUND
The Surie Family Music Fund is dedicated to providing Jewish music programs and education, and liturgical music support for Jewish music services for the Residents, their family members, and the next generation of Heritage Pointe supporters.
THE YITZCHAK, ESTHER AND MIRIAM ROSENBERG HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL FUND
The Yitzchak, Esther and Miriam Rosenberg Holocaust Memorial Fund is a fund that supports intergenerational Music and Literary Arts programming about the Holocaust – what happened, why it happened, and how to make sure it never happens again.

YAHRZEIT MEMORIAL PLAQUE
Heritage Pointe’s K’hilat Horim Synagogue provides a beautiful place to honor your loved ones with a Yahrzeit Memorial. By dedicating a plaque, not only do you honor the memory of your departed loved ones, you also provide a meaningful gift, which helps enhance the quality of life for our Residents.
