Candidate is responsible for providing high quality cleaning and janitorial services to the apartments and common areas of the facility and building.  Able to clean carpets utilizing a professional carpet cleaner.  Sanitizes appropriately according to Heritage Pointe standards and State and Federal regulations.  Additional requirements, minimum 6 months experience working in an assisted living community or equivalent; will consider motivated candidate, excellent customer service skills, able to read, speak and understand the English language, per our licensing requirements.  Must enjoy working with seniors.
